Staff In Residence Program PDF Print E-mail

CoDaC has flourished from a staffing model where faculty and university staff come together to think creatively and comprehensively about how best to serve diverse university communities. Through our Faculty-in-Residence and Staff-in Residence Programs, the Center brings together our campus's best and brightest thinkers and practitioners to make a difference at our university and beyond.

Participating university staff, many of whom are student affairs professionals, possess deep knowledge and skill in working with diverse students. Their insights provide an important "reality check" to CoDacs work. The Staff in Residence Program provides release time for university staff to attend CoDaC's weekly staff meetings, help establish the center's priorities, and participate in CoDaC's programming.
